In this relationship campaign customers needed to be captivated to win the award: Journey to the Grand Prix of Formula 1 in Dubai. So strategically was developed a platform of engagement and relationship.
The prize could be won with the participation of clients of the Shell stations. Customers just needed to get on the platform and send an answer to the question: Why do I deserve to go to Ferrari Word in Abu Dhabi?
The answers would be evaluated and voted on. The 2 best answers would be rewarded.
Capturing answers and data to customers should be kept simple for simple conferencing by the platform administrators and Shell who would do the assessments.
