In this endomarketing campaign employees needed to be captivated to search for results. So strategically an engagement platform was developed. The prizes for each stage were the attractions of achievement, so they needed to be visually striking. The capture and presentation of data should be the differential, so it was necessary to have a proprietary backend that would meet the needs of accesses and uses of this platform. Everything was thought to be functional and easy to use, after all should be a simple and agile tool.
